It was a privilege to participate the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) program in Brunei Darussalam – the Abode of Peace.
Dr. Ooi Soon Ming, Resident Consultant Psychiatrist from Borneo Medical Centre, Miri, delivered an inspiring and insightful session to young leaders, touching on mental health, resilience, and the power of self-awareness. The engagement and enthusiasm from the participants at Lot 1818, Kg Belaban, Temburong were truly encouraging!
